Membership Application

Our firm hereby applies for membership in the American Subcontractors Association of Oklahoma and, if accepted, will agree to support the Association's mission and abide by itb bylaws. The applicant is a Subcontractor, or material or service supplier in the State of Oklahoma. The undersigned, their agents, and assigns, agree to abide by the rules and regulations of ASA of Oklahoma. Membership shall become effective when accepted and approved and shall be for a period of one year to be renewed automatically thereafter from year to year at the current prices, subject to the members right of resignation by service of written notice not less than thirty (30) days prior to the end of a billing cycle. Any fees paid in advance are not refundable.

The mission of ASA of Oklahoma is to foster, promote, encourage and develop the best interests of subcontractors, and material and service suppliers in the construction industry.

Dues payments are not deductible as a charitable contribution, but may be deductible as a business expense.
