Awards & Sponsorships
The Awards & Sponsorships Committee is responsible for the development and implementation of an awards and recognition program for ASA-OK. The Committee is also responsible for planning and execution of the annual banquet at which the awards and recognitions will be presented.

Finance & Legal Affairs
The Finance & Legal Affairs Committee is responsible for establishing the recommended annual fiscal budget, long-term investment strategy, financial oversight policies, and other appropriate policies and procedures of ASA-OK. Additionally the Committee is charged with monthly oversight of accounts and finances, working in close relationship with the Treasurer of ASA-OK.

OKC Membership
The OKC Membership Committee is responsible for the five stages of membership development of ASA-OK in the Oklahoma City market. This includes, but is not limited to, prospecting, recruitment, orientation, involvement and renewal. The Committee will develop goals, programs and procedures, and evaluation criteria to ensure continued growth in the Oklahoma City market and in statewide expansion into the Lawton market.

Nominating Committee
The Nominating Committee is responsible for identifying and recruiting current and future leaders of ASA-OK. The Committee annually nominates a slate of candidates to serve in the leadership roles of the organization, taking into account the need for diversity and broad representation.

Social Activites & Programs
The Social Activities & Programs Committee is responsible for the development of programs, opportunities and outings that provide fun, social networking opportunities for the membership. Activities may include sporting events, holiday gatherings, open houses, etc.

BPI Task Force
The BPI Task Force’s goal is to re-energize the BPI portion of ASA-OK’s monthly membership meetings in a positive light. The BPI session should provide for and encourage free and candid exchange, providing valuable, factual information to the members within the legal parameters of the program.

Education & Programs
The Education & Programs Committee is responsible for providing quality educational programs not only at monthly meetings, but also through hosted webinars, study groups, and timely seminars and workshops. The Committee is also responsible for business networking opportunities for members through the above programs and other activities like GC Expos.

Legislative, Regulatory & Judicial Affairs
The Legislative, Regulatory & Judicial Affairs Committee is responsible for directing the advocacy efforts of ASA-OK before various government entities on the local, state and federal levels whether they are legislative, regulatory or judicially based. The Committee develops procedures to identify issues affecting construction subcontractors, and establishes and implements plans to meet the advocacy goals and objectives established by the ASA-OK Board of Directors based on members’ input. Additionally, the Committee is charged with providing educational opportunities and programs to encourage and assist members’ participation in the legislative, regulatory and judicial arena.

The Tulsa Membership Committee is responsible for the five stages of membership development of ASA-OK in the Tulsa market. This includes, but is not limited to, prospecting, recruitment, orientation, involvement and renewal. The Committee will develop goals, programs and procedures, and evaluation criteria to ensure continued growth in the Tulsa market and in statewide expansion into the Lawton market.

Public Relations, Communications & Community Outreach
The Public Relations, Communications & Community Outreach Committee is responsible for directing ASA-OK’s internal communications and marketing and external public relations and marketing efforts. The Committee’s goal is to establish ASA-OK as the "voice" of subcontractors in Oklahoma. The Committee is also responsible for ensuring the communications with members is at the highest quality and provides the information needed by members in a timely and useable fashion. Additionally the Committee is charged with developing programs that reach into the community, be those programs charitable or service in nature, education based, or marketing oriented.
